When will my child's package ship?

All orders placed before November 23rd, 2010 will ship out on November 23rd, 2010. All orders placed on or after November 22nd will ship out within 72 hours.

I have more than 1 child. Will they receive the exact same Letter from Santa?

No. Santa writes different letters for up to 6 children. During the check out process, you will be asked which child you are ordering for (example: child 1, child 2, or child 3) . Also remember each letter is personalized with the information you provide specifically for each child during the simple checkout process. If you are ordering for more than 3 children, just place all of your orders, then contact us via email... we'll be sure they each get different letters!

This will be my child's first Christmas, do you have a special letter?

YES. We understand how important a baby's first Christmas can be! That's why we offer a special letter written just for newborns. Just place your order as normal thru our checkout process. For "child's age", please put your child's age in months. Once your order is placed, simply email us to let us know this will be your child's first Christmas.
